Coperni offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition, including tags and packaging. We strive to ensure a seamless process for our global clientele while maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
Initiate Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Items
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
